Much of my work revolves around Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Integration.  These approaches offer a unique alternative to traditional talk-therapy as you find your way to a meaningful and embodied life.   

 

As a marriage and family therapist licensed in both Iowa and New Hampshire, I am skilled in working with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with issues that affect their mental and emotional well-being, including:

  Brag time:  I am the first Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Iowa to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) services in a private practice setting.  This service is especially beneficial for individuals managing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.  Click here to learn more.
   

• Consultation for coaches and therapists working with ketamine, psychedelics, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.  As a trained and practicing clinician in this space, I am passionate about helping others find their own space here.
   

• Education around psychedelics in mental health, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychedelic integration in therapy.  I teach from what I know as an active practitioner.  
   

• Group Integration of psychedelics, ketamine, and other non-ordinary states of consciousness.  We are in desperate need of community and human connection!

One of the greatest benefits to receiving Online Therapy is in the ability to maintain a therapeutic relationship with a counselor regardless of physical proximity.  As one of the very few certified therapists working with ketamine assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and Internal Family Systems, I can provide services to clients nationwide using an online meeting space.

I utilize a HIPAA-compliant online platform to meet clients online.  You will need access to a compatible device (computer, ipad, etc) with internet and audio/video capabilities.  A link will be sent to you upon scheduling the first session.

​Online therapy is not appropriate for all situations.  Consider seeking traditional mental health treatment rather than online therapy for severe conditions.
